Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring all statutory deductions and benefits are calculated correctly.
- Maintain organized HR files and ensure all employee documentation is up to date and compliant.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and handle general HR inquiries.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hybrid Finance and HR role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with HRIS software and payroll systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
