In this position, you will manage a diverse range of responsibilities, from processing payroll and managing accounts payable/receivable to assisting with recruitment and employee onboarding. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring all statutory deductions and benefits are calculated correctly.
  • Maintain organized HR files and ensure all employee documentation is up to date and compliant.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets to support decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and handle general HR inquiries.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hybrid Finance and HR role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software and payroll systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
