Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management review.
- Oversee operational workflows to ensure compliance with company policies and internal procedures.
- Maintain and update financial databases and filing systems with 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve service delivery.
- Support payroll processing and expense management tasks.
- Manage administrative duties such as vendor coordination and office supply inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in bookkeeping, finance, or operations administration.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and manage deadlines effectively.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality regarding financial records.
