Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for AU-based clients.
- Manage end-to-end operational workflows to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement and invoicing processes.
- Maintain and update financial databases and ERP systems to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or operations management.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks) is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of Australian financial regulations and tax compliance is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data clearly.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote or outsourced setting.
