In this pivotal role, you will oversee the financial operations of the college, manage tax planning and compliance, and lead a dedicated finance team. You will play a key role in preparing accurate financial reports, managing budgets, and implementing robust internal controls. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations, including cash flow management and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh and PPN filings.
- Oversee the accounting team, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Develop and monitor the annual budget and long-term financial forecasts.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to safeguard college assets.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and government agencies as required.
- Implement and improve financial reporting systems and internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or tax management within the education or corporate sector.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or Brevet A) is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Tax Law (UU HPP, PPh Pasal 21, PPN).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
