We are seeking a strategic Finance and Tax Manager to lead financial operations at Aset Kayamas Group. In this pivotal role, you will oversee end-to-end financial management, including accounting systems, financial reporting, budgeting processes, and comprehensive tax compliance. You will serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, ensuring regulatory adherence while optimizing financial strategies to drive organizational growth.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in Malaysian tax regulations, corporate finance, and financial controls. You will develop actionable financial insights to support executive decision-making, implement cost-saving initiatives, and ensure accurate fiscal reporting across all business units. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Develop and execute annual budgets, conducting variance analysis and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations, GST, and statutory reporting requirements
- Liaise with external auditors during financial audits and implement audit recommendations
- Lead tax planning strategies to optimize tax positions and minimize liabilities
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and board presentations
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Implement financial controls and improve operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA certification required
- Minimum 8 years of finance experience with 3+ years in tax management role
- Deep expertise in Malaysian tax codes, corporate income tax, and GST regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Proven track record in financial reporting and audit coordination
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- Leadership experience managing finance teams
