Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Accounts Payable (AP) department.
- Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy in coding, approvals, and payments.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the AP team members.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, company policies, and local tax regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing inquiries and payment issues.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting preparation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance AP, AR, or general accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or local accounting software.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
