We are excited to welcome a dedicated Finance AR (Accounts Receivable) Specialist to our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, accurate cash application, and effective collections. You will work closely with internal departments and external clients to maintain healthy cash flow and support our financial operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable function.
- Generate and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or disputes.
- Prepare regular AR reports, including aging summaries and cash collection forecasts.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure proper billing and payment application.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for collections.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
