Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and payment reconciliation
- Monitor customer payment statuses and follow up on overdue accounts
- Prepare aging reports and cash flow forecasts for financial planning
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate billing
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate customer account records in accounting systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
