Eraya is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance AR Supervisor to join our dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department, ensuring timely collections and accurate financial reporting. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining robust policies, procedures, and internal controls to streamline billing processes and minimize outstanding balances.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive AR policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
- Streamline billing processes and invoicing cycles to accelerate cash flow and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).
- Conduct regular reconciliation of accounts and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and implement recovery strategies.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports and dashboards to management regarding revenue collection and team performance.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to resolve billing discrepancies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor AR staff on best practices, company policies, and system utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and revenue recognition standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
