In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. You will support our finance department by handling day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring that all records are accurate, and facilitating smooth payment processes. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and prompt collections.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statement reconciliations.
  • Maintain well-organized financial records, digital files, and physical documentation for audit readiness.
  • Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Monitor office expenses and assist in budget tracking for various creative projects.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure financial procedures are followed consistently.
  • Assist with banking operations and petty cash management.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate across all levels.
