Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily maintenance of accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Process and verify invoices, expense claims, and payment vouchers accurately.
- Support month-end closing activities, including data entry and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare timely financial reports and assist in the documentation of audit schedules.
- Maintain well-organized financial filing systems and electronic documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure financial policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist in cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliation processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or administrative support role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, SQL, or UBS) is a significant advantage.
