Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform accurate daily data entry of financial transactions and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Assist in the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Support the finance team with month-end closing activities and report preparation.
  • Manage office administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and general office support.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or administrative inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and presentations for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or finance support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
