Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Finance Manager in maintaining and preparing the full set of accounts, including the General Ledger (GL).
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow documentation.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and month-end/year-end closing procedures.
- Support the Finance Manager with audit preparation and compliance requirements.
- File and organize financial documents and records efficiently.
- Handle ad-hoc accounting duties and reporting as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a similar Finance Assistant or Executive role.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of full set accounting and basic taxation principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
