Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the finance operations team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PFRS and company policies.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insightful variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure smooth audit and tax filing processes.
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Mentor and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
- Support senior management with financial modeling, cost analysis, and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA is highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proven leadership experience, including team management and performance coaching.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
