Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions and records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate reconciliation.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine GAAP and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
