Fulijaya Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Assistant Manager to join our growing team in Kulim, Kedah. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the company's financial health, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving fiscal efficiency.
As the Finance Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Finance Manager to streamline accounting processes, manage financial reporting, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. We are looking for a proactive leader who excels in analytical thinking, possesses strong technical accounting knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with MFRS/IFRS.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure full statutory compliance.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts to support departmental performance objectives.
- Implement and improve internal control policies to safeguard company assets and reduce financial risks.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and banking activities to ensure optimal liquidity for manufacturing operations.
- Mentor and supervise junior finance team members, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Professional Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MIA member).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian taxation laws, SST, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial data effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
