Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Monitor and analyze cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stability
- Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Coordinate with department heads to prepare and monitor budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Manage and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure company compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification is highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing finance teams
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
