Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end finance operations including financial reporting, account reconciliations, and payment processing
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain financial controls to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize payment processing workflows
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Implement continuous improvements in financial systems and reporting mechanisms
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting management
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CMA) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience in financial reporting and month-end closing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
