Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end procurement process to ensure alignment with company policies and financial regulations.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper, reviewing and approving procurement requests to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze procurement spending patterns, providing actionable insights to optimize departmental budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to streamline purchasing workflows and minimize operational bottlenecks.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract review, performance evaluation, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure that all procurement documentation is audit-ready and maintained according to internal and external standards.
- Support the finance team in month-end closing activities related to procurement accruals and invoice processing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, procurement, or supply chain operations, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail, with a proven ability to work under pressure.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, or Procurement-related certifications) is highly desirable.
