Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee regional financial operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage and optimize ERP systems to streamline financial processes and data accuracy
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports for regional stakeholders and leadership
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support financial transformation projects
- Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Mentor junior finance staff and contribute to team development
- Monitor financial KPIs and provide actionable insights for decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance with ERP system exposure
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in process transformation or financial system implementation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and accounting standards
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
