Join Transportation Solutions Indonesia as a Finance Assistant Manager specializing in RTR General Ledger and drive excellence in our financial operations. This critical role empowers you to lead the Month-End Close (MEC) process while serving as the technical authority for GAAP and SOX compliance standards. You'll ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, oversee complex reconciliations, and implement robust internal controls to safeguard organizational assets. Collaborate cross-functionally with Treasury, Tax, and Operations teams to streamline processes and enhance financial transparency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and optimize the Month-End Close process for RTR General Ledger operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX standards through rigorous financial controls
- Oversee complex account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for management reporting
- Collaborate with Treasury and Tax teams on intercompany transactions
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy
- Manage SOX testing documentation and remediation activities
- Mentor junior finance staff on accounting best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in general ledger operations
- Advanced proficiency in GAAP and SOX compliance frameworks
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience leading month-end close processes
- Certification (CPA/ACCA) preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
