In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity, overseeing the General Ledger and ensuring our reporting meets the highest international standards.
We are looking for a technical expert who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses a deep understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance. You will lead the Month-End Close (MEC) process, drive process improvements, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Direct the Month-End Close (MEC) activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for GAAP accounting standards and SOX compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Review and audit financial statements to ensure alignment with local and corporate accounting policies.
- Manage external and internal audit processes, acting as the key point of contact for financial inquiries.
- Mentor and supervise junior finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in General Ledger accounting and financial reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and SOX internal control frameworks.
- Proven experience leading Month-End Close cycles in a medium-to-large organization.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data for business decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead discussions with stakeholders at various levels.
