- Lead end-to-end Month-End Close (MEC) process with strict adherence to deadlines
- Serve as primary technical expert for GAAP and SOX compliance standards
- Oversee general ledger reconciliation and account analysis activities
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Implement and strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with audit teams for SOX compliance documentation
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in accounting with minimum 2 years in managerial/supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international SOX standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and accounting software
- Proven experience leading Month-End Close processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in transportation/logistics industry highly desirable
