Transportation Solutions Indonesia seeks a dynamic Finance Assistant Manager, RTR General Ledger to drive financial excellence and compliance leadership. This pivotal role empowers you to spearhead the Month-End Close (MEC) process while serving as the organization's technical authority for GAAP and SOX standards. You'll ensure the integrity of financial reporting through meticulous reconciliation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The position offers strategic influence over financial operations, requiring a blend of technical expertise and leadership to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory adherence in our Jakarta-based operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and optimize the Month-End Close (MEC) process, ensuring timely completion with zero material misstatements
- Act as primary technical expert for GAAP and SOX compliance across all RTR general ledger activities
- Oversee general ledger maintenance, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Ensure SOX control documentation testing and remediation for financial reporting processes
- Develop and maintain financial reporting packages for internal stakeholders and external audits
- Mentor junior finance staff and drive continuous improvement in financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and month-end close procedures
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Proven track record of leading complex financial processes in multinational environment
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail for financial accuracy
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in process optimization and team mentoring
