Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in managing medical billing, claims processing, and insurance submissions.
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable operations for medical supplies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using accounting software.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and expense analysis.
- Support the finance team with month-end closing procedures and audits.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to payroll and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with local healthcare financial regulations and policies.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'N' or 'O' levels or Diploma in Finance/Accounting.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced medical office.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Relevant experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus.
