Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements on a regular basis
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies
- Assist during external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven problem-solving abilities and time management skills
