In this position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our F&B operations by preparing accurate and timely invoices, capturing all billable expenses, and verifying financial records. Your attention to detail will help identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of our financial data. You will also assist with month-end closing procedures, contributing to the accurate and timely reporting of financial information.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients and vendors in a timely manner
- Capture and document all billable expenses for F&B operations
- Verify and maintain financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial documentation
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Experience in F&B industry is highly preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
