Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and reconciliation activities
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for multi-country operations
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS) and internal controls
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Contribute to process improvements in financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of multi-country financial reporting requirements
- Certification in ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
