Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily financial transactions accurately and timely in the accounting system.
- Monitor and ensure full compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring all invoices are verified and recorded.
- Coordinate with internal departments to reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain well-organized financial documentation and electronic records for audit readiness.
- Support the finance team during month-end closing activities and external audit preparations.
- Prepare periodic tax filings and ensure all statutory remittances are processed on time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Solid understanding of Philippine tax laws, government regulations, and accounting standards.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle numerical data with accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
