Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles to ensure timely settlements.
- Execute daily cash management tasks and monitor bank activities for accurate reporting.
- Perform comprehensive monthly reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts.
- Oversee fixed asset accounting, including depreciation schedules and asset tagging.
- Process intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy across business units.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing activities and financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and payment queries.
- Maintain compliance with company financial policies and local statutory regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or financial operations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight month-end deadlines.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Calamba City, Laguna.
