Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Negotiate payment terms and agreements with clients to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Prepare regular financial reports and statements for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurately recorded in the accounting system.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Monitor compliance with local tax regulations and internal financial policies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients and service providers.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero, or Accurate).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a contract-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on professional communication.
