Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end billing cycle, ensuring all invoices are issued accurately and on time.
- Monitor and track accounts receivable and payable to ensure optimal cash flow management.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and month-end closing statements for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and company financial policies.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify transaction records against general ledger entries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and payment queries.
- Assist in annual audits and tax filing preparations by organizing financial documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting principles, taxation, and financial compliance.
- Excellent numerical skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
