Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile daily e-commerce sales transactions and payment gateway settlements.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and performance dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Assist in managing vendor payments and tracking operational expenditure.
- Analyze sales trends and identify discrepancies in financial data to ensure profit maximization.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize cost-efficiency across multiple channels.
- Maintain systematic financial records and documentation for audit readiness.
- Support month-end closing activities and administrative financial tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is considered a strong advantage.
