Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering and analyzing financial data.
- Perform daily data entry and maintain organized financial records in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track expenditures and ensure budget compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Monitor and track accounts payable and receivable to ensure smooth cash flow operations.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and process improvement initiatives to streamline department workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
