Tanggung Jawab
- Process payments for imported merchandise accurately and on time.
- Monitor delivery schedules and track Processing Payment Letters (PPLs).
- Reconcile accounts and verify transaction details against invoices and receipts.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments regarding payment status.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organize filing systems.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting preparation.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Open to Fresh Graduates (no prior work experience required).
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
