Join our dynamic finance team at Training and Marketing Professionals Inc. as a Finance Associate specializing in Payroll Processing (PTP) and Treasury Activities. This critical role requires a meticulous professional with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and tax compliance. You'll be instrumental in ensuring financial accuracy, managing cash flow operations, and supporting strategic treasury initiatives. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong expertise in both US and local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), with the ability to navigate complex financial regulations while maintaining impeccable records. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations
- Oversee daily treasury operations including cash management and liquidity planning
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with US/local GAAP standards
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting
- Monitor banking relationships and optimize cash positioning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years progressive experience in accounting/tax roles
- Strong knowledge of US and Philippine GAAP standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Certification in accounting or finance (CPA/CMA) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
