Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts, ensuring proper classification and reconciliation of transactions
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve financial processes
- Participate in system implementation and process improvement initiatives within the finance function
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or record-to-report functions
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
