Join our dynamic Finance team at Transportation Solutions Indonesia as a Finance Associate specializing in Record-to-Report (RTR) and General Ledger operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial processes and controls
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in general ledger or record-to-report functions
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
