Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily General Ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, and deferrals.
- Perform comprehensive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures in accordance with strict corporate deadlines.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial documentation and detailed analytical explanations.
- Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to ensure intercompany transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements within the RTR workflow to increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, corporate policies, and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a GL or RTR accounting role, preferably in a multinational company.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/PSAK) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
