Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive audits of financial records, transactions, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential fraud risks.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and findings, including actionable recommendations for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards (PAS/PSAS) and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend enhancements to strengthen governance.
- Collaborate with management to provide insights on cost-saving measures and operational efficiency.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and financial regulations to ensure ongoing organizational compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license is a distinct advantage.
- Proven experience in auditing, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex financial findings clearly.
