Are you a seasoned finance professional looking to make a strategic impact in a dynamic MNC environment? Search Personnel is seeking a high-caliber Finance & Business Administration Manager to join our team in the Jurong East region. This is a pivotal role for a Chartered Accountant who excels at the intersection of financial rigor and operational strategy.
In this position, you will lead the financial operations of our regional projects, ensuring absolute integrity, compliance, and fiscal health. You will act as a key business partner to leadership, driving productivity and overseeing critical functions including budgeting, statutory reporting, and complex contract risk management. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker comfortable with SAP environments who can bridge the gap between complex financial data and actionable business insights.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end financial budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for regional MNC projects.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local statutory reporting requirements.
- Oversee tax planning and corporate compliance to mitigate operational and financial risks.
- Supervise contract administration, ensuring alignment with procurement policies and internal integrity standards.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational productivity and cost-efficiency.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CA, ACCA, or CPA) is strictly required.
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance management, ideally within an MNC or complex project-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in SAP (or equivalent ERP systems) and advanced Excel modeling skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local tax regulations and international financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and lead diverse teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving.
