Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into financial solutions
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, variance analyses, and executive summaries
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clear data visualization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VBA/macros and data visualization tools
- Strong SQL skills for database querying and data extraction
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
