Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain complex financial reporting models using Hyperion Essbase and Planning
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver financial insights
- Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports, variance analyses, and financial forecasts
- Support annual budgeting and strategic planning processes with accurate data modeling
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Present financial findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting and planning within MNCs
- Advanced proficiency in Hyperion Essbase, Planning, and Financial Management
- Strong expertise in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools
- Proven experience with financial modeling, variance analysis, and KPI tracking
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to non-finance stakeholders
