Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Sales departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making for ongoing and prospective construction projects.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and robust cost control.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability assessments, and cash flow projections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to construction projects, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations to management.
- Evaluate investment proposals and capital expenditure requests, performing financial modeling and risk assessments to ensure sound financial choices.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting accuracy, and data integrity to enhance decision support capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to non-finance stakeholders, explaining financial concepts clearly and effectively to foster financially sound business practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a Finance Business Partnering role within the construction, engineering, or project-based industry.
- Proven ability to perform complex financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent understanding of financial principles, accounting standards (IFRS/PSAK), and cost accounting methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365) and BI tools is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking with a commercial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
