In this pivotal role, you'll partner with Sales and Commercial teams to translate financial insights into actionable strategies, optimize profitability, and foster data-driven decision-making. You'll analyze market trends, financial performance, and operational efficiency to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization. Collaborating cross-functionally, you'll develop financial models, forecasts, and KPI frameworks that align with the company's ambitious growth objectives in the dynamic food industry. Your expertise will directly influence commercial strategy while ensuring financial rigor and compliance across all business initiatives.

- Partner with Sales and Commercial leadership to provide financial insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support commercial activities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, profitability metrics, and market trends
- Drive performance management through KPI tracking, variance analysis, and actionable reporting
- Collaborate on pricing strategies, margin analysis, and commercial investment decisions
- Facilitate financial planning cycles and commercial reviews with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CMA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of finance experience with 2+ years in business partnering or commercial finance
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or food industry highly desirable
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with exceptional communication abilities
