- Translate financial data into actionable business strategies and performance recommendations
- Partner with department heads to understand operational challenges and financial needs
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Present financial insights to stakeholders through clear, data-driven reports and presentations
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for revenue optimization and cost reduction
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes and decision-making
- Support strategic planning by analyzing market trends and competitive financial benchmarks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of finance experience with 2+ years in a business partnering role
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Expert knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate complex financial concepts
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to non-finance stakeholders
- CPA/CMA certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
