Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with department heads to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial health and business performance.
- Develop robust financial models to support new business opportunities and capital investment projects.
- Ensure compliance with statutory financial reporting standards and internal corporate governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline internal processes and improve cost-efficiency.
- Prepare regular management presentations detailing financial narratives for executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or CA preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills (VBA/Macros is a plus).
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to commit to a 9-month contract and hit the ground running.
