Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial projections.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis and long-term strategic planning.
- Design, build, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support operational decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Perform variance analysis between actual results and budgets, providing clear explanations and actionable recommendations.
- Streamline financial reporting workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Partnering, or Corporate Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data into clear, non-technical business narratives.
