In this onsite role, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights, analyzing key performance indicators, and assessing the value of various initiatives to support the company's growth trajectory.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with department heads and regional managers to develop robust budgets, forecast future performance, and ensure the financial health of the organization. Your ability to translate financial metrics into clear business strategies will be crucial in guiding decision-making processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with regional and functional business units to develop financial strategies, plans, and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
- Lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct rigorous variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare and present clear, insightful financial reports and dashboards to senior management and non-finance stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
- Assess the financial viability of new projects, investments, and initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a Finance Business Partner or FP&A role, preferably within the retail, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into business insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with cross-functional teams.
- CPA license is a distinct advantage.
- Experience with stakeholder management and influencing change within a matrix organization.
