Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business unit performance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports with variance analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance for operational decision-making.
- Support the improvement of financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling to evaluate new projects or business initiatives.
- Maintain data integrity within financial systems and ensure accurate reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business partnering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international business environment.
- Professional certification pursuit (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
